| Abstract: | Diagnostic ultrasonography was used to demonstrate villonodular synovitis of the equine metacarpophalangeal joint. The presence of the soft tissue, intracapsular mass was confirmed with conventional radiography and positive contrast arthrography. The mass was surgically excised and submitted for histopathologic identification. |
