马铃薯在分离筛上运动规律的试验研究

摘    要:对马铃薯相对分离筛的运动规律进行了试验研究。将马铃薯在分离筛上的运动划分为碰撞运动与相对滚动两种运动形式,在碰撞理论与定常理论的基础上,利用高速摄像技术分析了马铃薯在分离筛上的运动规律,并在田间试验得到验证。试验结果表明:马铃薯与分离筛的碰撞恢复系数随着筛面倾角的增大而增大;马铃薯在分离筛上向后滚动的最大加速度随曲柄转速的增大而逐渐增大;相同曲柄转速时马铃薯在分离筛面上的向后运动为加速运动;随着筛面倾角的增大,马铃薯向后滚动的最大加速度和前后滚动距离均增大。

Abstract:In order to provide theoretical support for the performance optimization of the separating screen of potato dig-ger,the paper mainly discusses the motion law of potato relative to the separating screen by theoretical analysis and exper-imental study.In this study,the potato movement is divided into two types, namely,collision motion and relative rolling. Based on the collision theory and stable theory,we use the high-speed camera technology to analysis the motion law of potato on the separating screen which had already been verified in field experiment.The results suggest the restitution co-efficient of potato and separating screen increases with the increasing inclination of screen surface.At the same time, it is observed that the maximum acceleration of potato rolling back on the separate screen gradually increases as the crank speed increases.In addition,the same crank speed makes the rollback of potato be accelerated motion on the separating screen.With the increasing slope of screen surface, the maximum acceleration of potato rolling back increases as well as the distances before and after rolling.
