双锥压缩式哈密瓜承载托辊的设计及参数计算

摘    要:针对当前水果检测分级过程中大型水果承载托辊形式单一的问题,设计了一种新型双锥压缩式哈密瓜承载托辊。该托辊不仅能够实现哈密瓜的360°旋转,还能够在蓄能弹簧的作用下自动适应不同大小的哈密瓜,增加哈密瓜在旋转过程中的稳定性。通过对100个成熟哈密瓜样本进行测量,建立了哈密瓜的质量及纵横径尺寸数据库,并在此数据库的基础上对双锥压缩式哈密瓜承载托辊的参数进行了设计和计算。计算结果表明:双锥压缩式哈密瓜承载托辊的承载范围为1.5~5kg,锥形滚子的斜边与中心轴线之间的角度为29°,弹簧刚度为0.169 N/mm。本文所设计的双锥压缩式哈密瓜承载托辊能够较好地适应哈密瓜的检测分级,具有一定的创新性。

Abstract:For the single issue of carrying idler’ s types of large fruit in the current Hami melon’ s detection and grading process.This paper designed a new biconical carrying idler for Hami melon which can be compressed repeatedly, and the carrying idler can not only achieve Hami melon’ s 360°rotating, also can automatically adapt to different sizes of Hami melon under the action of the accumulator spring.This feature effectively increases the stability of Hami melon during the rotation.Through measurement of 100 ripe Hami melon,we established a basic database of Hami melon’ s weight, longi-tudinal diameter and transverse diameter, and designed and calculated for the parameters of the new compressible biconi-cal carrying idler for Hami melon.The results show that, the carrying scope of the new compressible biconical carrying i-dler for Hami melon is 1.5kg ~5kg, the angle between the hypotenuse and the center axis of the tapered roller is 29°, the spring stiffness is 0.169N/mm.The new compressible biconical carrying idler for Hami melon designed by this article can better adapt to the current Hami melon’ s detection and grading process, with a certain degree of innovation.
