切碎组合式木薯秸秆粉碎机关键部件设计

摘    要:针对收获后木薯秸秆资源浪费程度高和机械化处理程度低等问题,设计了一种木薯秸秆切碎机。该机采用先切断再粉碎的组合方式将木薯秸秆集中切断并粉碎。该机主要由间歇输送装置、切割装置和粉碎装置组成。切割刀具采用锯齿形圆盘刀,切割断面好、工作效率高,并选定液压缸作执行机构,以实现对木薯秸秆切割的循环作业。木薯秸秆输送装置采用不完全齿轮带动滚筒间歇性运转,通过带传动,实现输送装置的间歇性输送。粉碎刀具采用具有很高硬度和耐磨性的优质碳素工具钢T12作为刀具材料,形状选用Y型甩刀,可缓解拐角处的应力集中,而且斜切的方式更省力。刀具排列方式采用均力免震法,可提高机器的平衡性和减少振动。

Abstract:For the high degree of resource waste and low level of mechanization processing after harvest of cassava straw, a kind of chopped combined-type cassava stalk crushing machine was designed.The machine is mainly composed of in-termittent transmission device, cutting device, and crushing device.Using the serrated disc cutter which having a good cutting section and high work efficiency to be a cutting tool.Choose a hydraulic cylinder as actuator of the cutting tool to realize the cutting cycle operation of cassava stalk.The cassava straw conveying device adopted incomplete gear intermit-tent mechanism and through belt transmission to realize the intermittent transportation.Crushing tool adopted carbon tool steel T12 which has high hardness and wear resistance.Y type knives can alleviate the stress concentration around the corner and the oblique way is more efficient.Cutting tool arrangement divided the stress to improve machine balance and reduce vibration.
