末端驱动式酿酒葡萄分离机构的设计及分析

摘    要:为实现酿酒葡萄采收机械化,提出了新疆酿酒葡萄种植特点的振动分离机构设计要求。为此,设计了肋条末端驱动式酿酒葡萄振动分离机构,并阐述了该机构的结构及工作原理。利用ADAMS仿真软件对振动分离机构运动过程进行了仿真,获得振动分离机构运动的速度、加速度、位移的变化规律,验证表明机构设计合理。

Abstract:In order to realize of the wine grape harvest mechanization, the vibration separation mechanism design require-ments of Xinjiang wine grape were proposed.Shaker bar driven vibration separation mechanism for wine grape was design and its structure and working principle were expatiated.The change rules of the vibration separation mechanism angular speed,angular acceleration and displacement were achieved using ADAMS simulation software.The design reasonable of vibration separation mechanism was showed.
