摘    要:采用PCR-RFLP分析技术,以血液或猪毛提取DNA为模板,建立了快速和简便的从分子水平上鉴别RYR1基因型的方法,其准确率为100%。不同品种(系)初步配套杂交结果显示:皮特兰×抗应激猪的胴体品质优于杜洛克×抗应激猪(P<0.05或P<0.01),而肉质优于皮特兰×应激群猪(P<0.01),并提出了氟烷基因的利用策略

Abstract:The PCR RFLP analysis technology was used to this study,the method of molecular genotyping pigs for RYR 1 gene has been builded for use of blood or hair root as source of DNA and template for PCR analysis. This method is rapid,simple and convenient,and its accurate is 100%. The crose test was carried out by using anti stress line and stress group as female parents and Duroc and Pietrain as male parents. The results showed that the carcass quality of Pietrian×anti stressis better than that of Duroc×anti stress(P<0.05 of P<0.01),while the meat quality is that of better than Pietrian×streess susceptible (P<0.01).
