| 摘 要： | 本文采用蛋白电泳技术研究大河猪血液蛋白多态性。共分析了大河猪３６个遗传位点，其中ＡＫＰ、ＣＡＴ、ＤＩＡ、ＥＳ、ＰＡ、６ＰＧＤ、ＴＦ等７个位点检测到多态性，多态位点百分比Ｐ＝０．１９４４，平均杂合度Ｈ＝０．０８６４。结果表明大河猪的血液蛋白多态程度较高，反映在蛋白质水平上的遗传多样性较为丰富

| Abstract: | Protein electrophorsis was used to analyze the blood protein polymorphism of Dahe pigs,36 genetic loci of the Dahe pig were surveyed. Seven of them such as AKP,CAT,DIA,ES,PA,6PGD and TF were found to be polymorphic,the mean heterozygosity (H) is 0.0864. The results indicated that the blood protein polymorphism of Dahe pigs is high ,the Dahe pig is wealthy of genetic diversity from the viewpoint of the protein. |
