| 摘 要： | 文章通过对信息文化环境下图书馆员信息道德建设重要性的认识 ,阐述了信息道德的涵义 ,并根据有关以义务为基础的伦理学理论提出了图书馆员信息道德建设六原则 ,即信守承诺原则、无差别对待原则、公正原则、社会效益原则、自我学习原则、无害原则 ,并对每条原则进行了解释和阐述

| Abstract: | This paper attaches much importance to librarian's information ethic construction in the environment of information and culture, and expounds the meaning of information ethics. According to ethics theory on the basis of obligation, it puts forward and expounds six principles of information ethics construction: principle of promises keeping, principle of treatment without difference, principle of justice, principle of effect upon society, principle of self_education and principle of no harm. |
