| 摘 要： | 我国正处在经济高速发展的时期,粮食的高产和稳产是经济发展的基础。黑龙江省作为农业大省,在保障我国粮食安全方面贡献突出。大规模的机械化设备及农业节水灌溉设施的发展,对粮食产量的不断增加做出了一定贡献。高效节水灌溉具有诸多优点,但由于设计的不规范,影响了工程建设质量及效益的发挥。该文围绕节水灌溉的特点,提出了高效节水灌溉工程设计要点,供设计人员参考。

| Abstract: | Our country is in a period of rapid economic growth,high yield and stable yield of grain is the foundation of economic development. As a big agricultural province,Heilongjiang Province had outstanding contributions to the guarantee food security in China.The large-scale mechanized equipment and the development of agricultural water saving irrigation facilities made a certain contribution for increasing grain production.Efficient water-saving irrigation had many advantages,but due to the non-standard design,engineering construction quality and efficiency was greatly influenced.Around the characteristics of water saving irrigation,this paper put forward the main points of design efficient water-saving irrigation engineering in order to provide reference for designers. |
