摘    要:从水安全内涵分析出发,建立了包括水供需矛盾、生态环境、粮食安全、饮用水安全、控制灾害、赋予水价值和水资源管理等内容的水安全评价指标体系。针对基于指标体系的水安全评价是涉及自然资源、社会经济和生态环境等方面的多因素综合评价问题,建立了水安全综合评价的投影寻踪模型,将多因素评价问题成功的转化为单因素评价问题,实现水安全的综合评价。将水安全综合评价的投影寻踪模型应用于我国部分省区水安全综合评价中,应用表明该模型分析结果合理,评价客观,具有普遍适用性,为水安全综合评价提供了一条新途径。

Abstract:The indicator system for water security,which includes imbalance of water supply and demand,ecological environment,food security,drinking water security,disaster control,water value pricing and water resources management,is established based on water security connotation analysis.A projection pursuit model is constructed to converse the multiple factors evaluation into single factor evaluation aimed at the multiple factors comprehensive evaluation problems of natural resources,social economy,and ecological environment.A case study of water security evaluation of the projection pursuit model is conducted in several provinces of China,and the results show that the projection pursuit model is reasonable,and it is more objective and applicable.It is a new method for water security evaluation.
