磁水饲养家兔的研究

摘    要:本文介绍了磁水饲养家兔40d的结果:试验组与对照组比较,2月龄家兔体重增加不明显,红细胞(RBC)数和白细胞(WBC)数分别平均增加26.4%和21.48%,甘油三酯(TG)降低57%,血清淀粉酶(AMS)增加19.6%,血清-L谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)增加69.45%,t检验均为差异极显著(<0.01以下)。组织学HE染色光镜检查:脾脏造血机能增加,卵巢内生长卵泡数量增加,发育典型,睾丸、肝、肾上腺的变化不明显。

Abstract:The article point out the result of raising rabbit with maghetic water for 40 days. Let's compare test group with contrast group, the weight of two month-age rabbit didn't increase remarkably,it shows that the number of RBC increased average 26.4% and WBC 21.48%,TG decreased 57%, AMS increased 19.6%,GGT increased 69.45%.There is all remarkable difference to t-test(under < 0.01).The examine by microscope through the tissuism HE dyeing also shows:the spleen created more blood, ovary growth well and a lot of developing oocytes in it and no evident variation in testis.Liver and adrenal gland.
