活性氧清除剂在提高玉米抗旱性中的作用

摘    要:玉米抽雄期水分胁迫时,叶施外源性氧清除剂有明显的抗旱增产的效果。与干旱处理比较,活性氧清除剂中甘露醇(MT)的增产效果最小,乙酰水杨酸(ASA)的增产效果最明显。VE和VC的效果相当;外源活性氧清除剂的抗旱效果因品种的抗旱性不同而存在差异;分析了外源活性氧清除剂抗旱增产的原因。

Abstract:Active oxygen scavengers, such as ASA, VC, VE and MT, could significantly increase yield of maize in drought conditions. However, there were differences in the effects among the four active scavengers. The results showed that they enhanced the contents of Chl and the photosynthetic rate of the leaves because they enhanced the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and decreased the contents of both and H2O2.
