泗阳县世行二期项目十年绩效评价

泗阳县世行二期项目于1998～2002年实施，总投资6323万元。其中，世行贷款2020万元，地方财政配套2036万元，群众自筹2267万元。改造中低产田15333hm^2，受益人口19．3万人。项目区农业综合生产能力显著提高，产业结构得到科学合理优化。取得了良好的社会、经济及生态效益。

The past 10 Years Result Evaluatuon of the World Bank＇s Second Period Item in Siyang County

The World Bank＇s second period Siyang County item with Total investment of RMB 63,230,000 operated during 1998- 2002, which contained RMB20,200,000 of World Bank Laon, RMB20360000 of local public finance kit and RMB 22,670,000 of the crowd raised by local farmers themselves. 15333hm^2 of Medium and low .produce farmland has been improved and 19,3000 farmers have been benefited with the help of the item. And meantime, the agricultural comprehensive produce ability in the item area has been raised obviously and the industry structure has been installed scientifically. Lots of social, economic and ecosystem effects were gotten in Siyang County.
