西洋参果肉乙醚相中发芽抑制物质的研究

摘    要:本文首次报道从西洋参果肉中分离鉴定4种发芽抑制物质--乙酸、丁酸、异相酸和苯乙酮,同时利用标准品测定有效抑制浓度分别为10、10、100和100μl/L。从而明确西洋参种子成熟时,种胚尚不能成熟的主要原因之一是果肉中存在磋眵种抑制活性较强的发芽抑制物质。

Abstract:The germination inhibitors in the pulp of American ginseng (Panax quinque-folium L. ) were reported in the present paper. Since the traditional methods of extraction,isolation and identification for germination inhibitors were improved, i. e. , the inhibitors were preliminary isolated with the methods of systematic solvents; Then, isolated and purified with TLC; Furthermore, isolated and identified with GC-MS; Finally,the effective concentrations of inhibitors were determined by using standards. As a result, four kinds of germination inhibitors were extracted, isolated and identified from American ginseng pulp. They are: acetic acid (Fig. 1), butanoic acid (Fig. 5) , isobutyric acid (Fig. 2) and 1-phenyl-ethanone (Fig. 4) and the effective inhibitory concentrations are 10,10,100 and 100#l/L,respectively (Fig. 6). This makes us understand that why when the seed of American ginseng gets mature, but the embryo is still not. The main reason is that there are some germination inhibitors with strong inhibitory activities in the pulp of American ginseng.
