毛竹等九种竹叶中蛋白质和总糖含量的测定

摘    要:采用凯氏定氮法,分光光度法对九种竹叶中蛋白质和总糖的含量进行了测定,结果表明,蛋白质平均含量为13.16%,最高为白哺鸡竹叶18.25%;总糖平均含量为25.66%,最高为甜竹叶27.62%;同时对其热水抽提物,水溶性糖和含氮量进行了测定。

Abstract:The protein content and total sugar content for leaves of 9 bamboo species weredetermined by using Kjeldahl and spectrophotometric methods. The results showed that theprotein content averaged 13. 16%. The highest protein content was phyllostachys dulcis leafwith 18. 25%. The total sugar content averaged 25. 66%. The highest total sugar content wasphyllostachys flexosa leaf with 27. 62%. At the same time,hot water extraction, water-solu-ble sugar and nitrogen were also determined.
