基于多元线性回归农村剩余劳动力转移影响因素分析——以大庆市为例

针对农村剩余劳动力转移问题,以部分影响因素为自变量构建多元回归模型,基于大庆市2000-2013年鉴统计数据,运用SPSS19.0统计分析软件进行数据处理,对预先选定影响因素进行多元回归分析。研究得出:各影响因素间存在线性相关,且农村男女比例、地区生产总值、农村人均纯收入、城乡消费水平对比、农村劳动力受教育程度与农村剩余劳动力转移数量呈正相关,城镇失业率与农村剩余劳动力转移数量呈负相关,并结合分析结果提出促进大庆市农村剩余劳动力平稳有序转移的政策建议。

Analysis of Rural Surplus Labor Migration Influence Factors Based on Multivariate Linear Regression Method---Taking Daqing City as an Example

To study the rural surplus labor migration problem,using partial influence factors as independent variable to set up multi-variate linear regression model.Based on annual statistics from 2000 to 2013 of Daqing city yearbook,SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software was used to process the data to analyse the pre-selected factors by multivariate linear regression method.The results showed that there was a linear correlation between various influence factors. The proportion of men and women,local GDP,net income per capital,urban and rural consumption level contrast,level of education were positively correlated with the number of rural surplus labor migration,while urban unemployment rate was negatively correlated with it.Considering the results of the analysis,policy sug-gestions were proposed to promote the migration of rural surplus labor of Daqing city smoothly and orderly.
