桁架拱轻钢大棚骨架K型节点受力性能对比与分析

摘    要:我国北方寒区常发生桁架拱轻钢大棚在暴风、暴雪共同作用下破坏。以桁架拱轻钢大棚骨架的薄弱部位即K型节点[1-3]为研究对象,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对灌浆K型节点及空心K型节点进行模拟静力分析,同时进行了灌浆K型节点及空心K型节点静力加载试验,验证了有限元分析结果的正确性。分析结果表明,灌浆K型节点与空心K型节点的最大应力均出现在受压支杆与主管焊接处,且灌浆K型节点应力明显小于空心K型节点应力,灌浆改善了桁架拱轻钢大棚骨架K型节点的受力性能,为灌浆桁架拱轻钢大棚骨架的整体分析提供了依据。

Analysis and Comparison of the Mechanical Behavior of K-joints of Trussed Arch Lightweight Steel Skeletons of Greenhouse
Abstract:The trussed arch lightweight steel skeletons of greenhouse were always destroyed under the effect of heavy snowfall and storm wind in the northern cold regions of our country. K-joints of trussed arch lightweight steel skeletons of greenhouse were selected as the object of studybefore the static behavior of grouting K-joints and hollow K-joints was analyzed by using the software ANSYS. Meanwhilethe static loading tests of grouting K-joints and hollow K-joints were carried out in order to prove the veracity of FEA result. The analysis showed that the maximum stress was found at the weld of compression member and main pipe in both grouting K-joints and hollow K-jointsand the node stress of grouting K-joints was much smaller than the node stress of hollow ones. Grouting improved the mechanical behavior of K-joints of trussed arch lightweight steel skeletons of greenhouse. Alsothe basis could provide the integral analysis of grouting trussed arch lightweight steel skeletons of greenhouse.
