摘    要:以外源碱蓬总DNA导入玉米自交系获得的75份稳定导入系和原受体自交系为试验材料,分析了株高、穗长、穗粗等8个主要农艺性状和品质性状遗传变异特点。结果表明:后代导入系各性状平均值和原受体自交系相比均有差异。各受体自交系的后代系变化幅度均较高,既有高于原品种的后代导入系,也有低于原品种的导入系。各性状的变异系数有较大差异,单株粒重、百粒重、轴重和行粒数的变异系数较大;穗粗、出籽率及品质性状变异系数较小。因此,利用花粉管通道法将外源总DNA导入玉米自交系能够产生各种性状变异,出籽率、单株粒重、百粒重、行粒数、籽粒淀粉含量、蛋白质含量和含油量均较受体有一定程度提高,可以通过选择改良玉米种质资源。

Analysis of Variation on Main Agronomic Traits and Quality Traits of Offspring of Leading Suaeda DNA into Maize
Abstract:This experiment analyzed genetic variation characteristics of 8 agronomic traits and quality traits on the plant height,spike length and spike thick etc.,with 75 of obtained stable introgression lines through leading total exogenous Suaeda DNA into maize inbred lines and the original receptors as the test material .The results showed that average on each traits of introgression lines compared with the original receptor had difference,both introgression lines were higher than that of the original inbred lines traits and slower. In a word,traits of introgression lines had the larger amplitude. The variation coefficient of each character had a bigger difference,The variation coefficient on seed weight of per plant,kernel weight,variation coefficient of axle load and line grain number was bigger,and that on ear coarse,seed yield and quality traits was smaller. Therefore,obtained stable introgression lines through leading total exogenous Suaeda DNA into maize inbred lines could produce all kinds of variation characteristics. For example,seed rate,seed weight of per plant,kernel weight,number seed of per row,starch content,protein content and oil content were all higher than receptor,which might improve maize germplasm resources.
