| 摘 要： | 面对迅速变革的社会环境、工作环境,一些心理素质较弱的馆员无法完全适应,出现不同程度的心理障碍现象。本文立足馆员心理障碍现象的自我判断及其标准,对常见心理障碍现象的表现形式、常见心理障碍现象的成因,以及馆员对心理障碍的自我调控进行了论述。

| Abstract: | Faced with a rapid changing social and working environment, librarians with weaker psychological quality are unable to get totally adapted and appear psychological obstacle phenomena of different extents. Based on the self-judgment and its standard of psychological obstacle phenomena of the librarians, this paper has expounded on demonstration forms of self-adjustment of such psychological obstacle phenomena of the librarians, the original cause of common psychological obstacle phenomena and the self- regulation and control of such psychological obstacles. |
