优氯净对皱纹盘鲍的毒性及消毒研究

摘    要:探讨了优氯净(成分为有效氯)在水中的衰减、对主要水化学成分的影响和对稚鲍的毒性及杀菌作用。结果表明,有效氯浓度在海水中的衰减速度遵循有效氯含量-时间幂指数关系:C=at^-b(a,b>0)。优氯净具有较强的水质净化能力,能有效地去除氨氮、亚硝酸氮及降低化学耗氧量。pH为8.01时,优氯净对稚鲍的24、48、72、96h的LC50分别为5.75、2.90、2.00、1.71mg/L(有效氯),0.5、2h的LC50为52.72、22.80mg/L(有效氯)。pH对优氯净的毒性大小有很大的影响。优氯净作用1、4、12h时,杀死90%以上育鲍海水中细菌的最低有效氯量分别为5.52、3.79、1.36mg/L。建议单独用10mg/L的有效氯浓度对育鲍水体进行消毒。如果对鲍鱼和水体一并消毒,就必须严格控制用药浓度及时间。

Abstract:Decrease in available chlorine of sodium dichloroisocyanurate and its influence on the main chemical composition,toxicity to juvenile abalone(\%Haliotis discus\% hainai)and bactericidal properties were examined The results showed that the decrease rate of available chlorine in seawater abided by available chlorine time relationship: C=at b (a,b>0) Chlorine had good popularity for water purification,it could remove ammonia, nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen and decrease chemical oxygen demand When pH is 8 01, 24,48,72 h and 96h, medial lethal concentration of sodium dichloroisocyanurate to juvenile abalone were 5 75,2 90,2 00 and 1 71 mg/L, 0 5,2 h's were 52 72 and 22 80 mg/L TRC pH was highly correlated with toxicity Bacteria were highly sensitive to chlorine When exposure times were 1 h,4 h and 12 h the lowest total residual chlorine concentrations to distroy above 90% of bacteria were 5 52,3 79 and 1 36 mg/L TRC respectively 10 mg/L available chlorine concentration is proposed to disinfect alone
