马齿苋中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺研究

摘    要:采用乙醇提取法,以芦丁为标准样品,研究马齿苋中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺,建立的芦丁标准工作曲线回归方程为:C=0.0883A+0.0016,相关系数R=0.9989。用正交实验研究了乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取温度和提取时间对黄酮类化合物提取率的影响。结果表明,最优提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数75%,料液比1∶20,提取温度80℃,提取时间2.5h,在此条件下,马齿苋中黄酮类物质的含量可达到76.0mg/g以上。

Abstract:In this paper,the extraction technology of flavonoids from purslane was studied with extraction method of ethanol and rutin being taken as the standard sample,the regression equation of rutin standard working curve:C=0.088 3 A+0.001 6,the correlation coefficient is R=0.998 9.
