萝卜种子在城市生活垃圾厌氧消化液中发芽的研究

摘    要:对萝卜种子在城市生活垃圾厌氧消化液中的发芽进行了研究.结果表明:较低浓度的厌氧消化液可以促进萝卜种子的发芽,有利于芽的生长,提高秧苗素质,芽表现出茎高、茎粗、叶宽、芽重等特点;较高浓度的厌氧消化液则抑制萝卜种子的发芽与芽的生长;经过陈化处理的厌氧消化液比新鲜的厌氧消化液更有利于萝卜种子的发芽和芽的生长.

Abstract:This experiment showed that relatively low concentration of biogas fluid boosted the radish seeds to germinate and was also favorable for sprout growth and seedling improvement,which showed the characteristics of high and thick stems,wide leaf blades and heavy weight of sprouts.On the contrary,relatively high concentration inhibited both seed germination and sprout growth.Meanwhile,seed germination and sprout growth of radish was even better in treated biogas fluid than in fresh biogas fluid.
