柴油/CNG双燃料发动机供气系统改装及静态切换计算研究

摘    要:以柴油/CNG(压缩天然气)双燃料发动机为研究对象,对原柴油机的CNG供气系统及进气装置进行改装.同时,以高压共轨直喷柴油机为基础,采用双阶段控制策略,对阶段间静态切换时的CNG和柴油喷射量以及切换后缸内的过量空气系数建立了计算模型,最后,在不同条件下对基于该模型的实际计算结果进行了分析比较.结果表明,采用进气管CNG喷射的柴油/CNG双燃料发动机具有结构简单,改装方便的特点,同时还具有良好的动力性、经济性和排放性的潜力.

Abstract:This research focuses on a CNG / diesel duel fuel vehicle engine, which operates with diesel and compressed natural gas (CNG). Firstly the conversion of the engine structure on the basis of the original diesel engine is introduced, which retains the complete settings and functions of the diesel engine, only with addition of the natural gas supply system and the adapter.
