摘    要:研究了施用酵素菌肥的栽参土壤人参根际微生物量碳及细菌、真菌和放线菌数量的变化。结果表明:施用酵素菌肥后土壤微生物量碳随时间变化呈双峰态势,在栽参的第30天出现第1个峰值,在第90天出现第2个峰值,并且随着酵素菌肥量的增加,土壤微生物量碳的变幅增大。施用酵素菌肥后,土壤中细菌和放线菌的数量较对照组都有所增加,二者增幅几乎相当,分别为36.4%和36.3%。真菌数量较对照组有所减少,下降幅度为19.2%。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the variations in microbial biomass carbon(MBC) and numbers of bacteria, fungi and actinomyces of ginseng rhizosphere soil applied ferment bacteria fertilizer. Results showed that after applied the ferment bacteria fertilizer, the temporal change of microbial biomass carbon of ginseng planting soil showed a double-peak curve. The first peak occurred on the 30th days after ginseng was planted and the second peak on the 90th day. The change range of the soil microbial biomass carbon increased with the concentration of ferment bacteria fertilizer increasing. After applied the ferment bacteria fertilizer, the numbers of bacteria and actinomyces in the soil were larger compared with the control group. The increasing ranges between bacteria and actinomyces were almost equivalent, namely 36.4% and 36.3% respectively. The number of fungi was lower than that of the control group, showing a decrease of 19.2%.
