| Purification of Curcuma Oil With the Ginger Residue |

| 摘 要： | A new adsorption purification process of curcuma oil are obtained with the ginger residue. Effective factors on the produce ratio of curcuma have been studied. Antioxidant potential and reduction property of curcuma oil have been researched. The results show that the production ratio and properties of the curcuma oil is similar to that with CO_(2) exceeded critical extraction method. The process is simple in operation, and its cost is low. There is reductive carbonyl group in curcuma oil. Curcuma oil has a function of antioxidation.
