| 摘 要： | 组织的资源需求、组织类型、捐赠依赖度对理事会规模具有显著的影响，且资源环境在捐赠依赖度与理事会规模之间具有中介作用；环境中的资源数量和资源分布显著影响基金会的理事会规模，与其他环境类型相比，在资源聚集且匮乏的环境中，基金会的理事会规模最大。

| Abstract: | Resource demand, type of organization and donor dependence influence significantly board size and donor dependence influence negative board size through the mediating effect of environment. We also confirm the significant influence of the amount and distribution of resources in the environment on the board size, the foundation has a largest size board in the environment of resource cluster and lack compared with other type of environment. |
