摘    要:以津优35号黄瓜为试材,用不同浓度硅营养液温室水培,通过测定植株形态、光合特征参数和瓜条品质参数等相关指标,探究硅肥对温室水培黄瓜植株生长发育和果实品质的影响。结果表明,随着硅浓度的增加,植株生长速率、叶绿素含量和光合速率均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,当施硅浓度为1.0mmol/L时效果最佳,并且植株提前开花结果1周左右。施硅组瓜条中游离氨基酸总量比对照增加14.3%,硝酸盐含量比对照降低23.1%,瓜条中可溶性糖和维生素C含量也有不同程度的提高。在温室水培黄瓜生产中,适量施硅能促进植株生长发育,改善黄瓜品质,建议营养液硅浓度以1.0mmol/L左右为宜。

Abstract:To inquiry the effects of silicon on the growth and fruit quality of cucumber in greenhouse, plant morphology, photosynthetic and fruit quality parameters were measured. The result showed that the growth rate, chlorophyll content and the photosynthesis rate increased firstly, then decreased with the growing input of silicon, and reached the highest at the level of 1.0 mmol/L, and flowering stage and fruiting period began a week earlier. The content of amino acid increased by 14.3%, NO-3-N content decreased by 23.1%, the content of soluble sugar and vitamin c also increased. The proper amount of silicon can be applied to promote plant growth and improve the quality of greenhouse cucumber production and we suggest the silicon concentration of 1.0 mmol/L as the nutrient solution.
