水稻田冬种豆科牧草的草产量及光合特性

摘    要:为探索南方稻区冬闲田综合利用途径,满足草食畜牧业发展需求,以蚕豆、豌豆、紫云英为材料,研究水稻田冬季不同豆科牧草产量及光合生理特性。结果表明:紫云英成熟期分枝数最高,叶面积指数最大为5.9,叶绿素SPAD值在开花期居中,光合产物的积累最多,鲜草产量和干草产量最高;蚕豆株高最高,叶面积指数为4.3,分枝数仅次于紫云英,开花期叶绿素SPAD值也较高,鲜草产量和干草产量低于紫云英但显著高于豌豆。综合分析后认为,紫云英、蚕豆比较适宜作为南方冬闲田优质豆科牧草种植,具有较大的推广利用价值。

Abstract:In order to explore the comprehensive utilization ways of the winter paddy fields in south China to meet the needs of herbivorous animal husbandry, broad bean, pea, and milk vetch were used to study the difference of forage yield and photosynthetic characteristic among legume species planted in the winter paddy field. The results showed that the milk vetch had the most number of branches, the largest leaf area index (5.9), a moderate chlorophyll SPAD value of the leaf, the highest accumulation of photosynthetic product, and the most fresh and dry forage yields. In addition, the broad bean had the highest plant height, moderate leaf area index (4.3) and chlorophyll SPAD value of the leaf. The fresh and dry forage yields of the broad bean were lower than those of the milk vetch, but higher than those of the pea. To sum up, milk vetch and broad bean can grow rapidly, have good economic returns and are suitable for planting and spreading in winter paddy field.
