| Abstract: | A critical review of research work for the inlet design of pumping stations for drainage and irrigation is given. In the light of the newest tendency on the hydraulic design and research work in the field of hydraulic turbines, the developing inclination of the research work for the inlet design of the technical improvement in middle and small size pumping stations is predicted. |
