摘    要:应用傅里叶变换近红外漫反射技术快速获取梨子的近红外光谱信息,建立了光谱吸光度与梨子表面碰伤部位的糖度、梨子表面完好部位的糖度的相关关系,发现梨子表面碰伤以后的相关性比完好时要好得多,表明利用近红外光谱技术在全波长范围内无损检测梨子的糖度是可行且可靠的。

Abstract:The near infrared diffuse reflectance spectrum technique was used to determine the sugar content in Dangshan pear, and the correlations between spectrum absorbancy and sugar content in the damaged or good part of pear surface were analyzed. It was found that the correlation between spectrum absorbancy and sugar content in the damaged part of pear surface was greatly better than that between spectrum absorbancy and sugar content in the good part of pear surface, indicating that it was feasible and reliable to use near infrared diffuse reflectance spectrum technique to non destructively detect pearsugar content within the whole wave length coverage.
