摘    要:通过对秸秆气化过程中焦油生成机理的研究,分析了温度、滞留时间(TR)、催化剂、气压、空气当量比(ER)及气化设备等诸因素对焦油含量的影响,从而解决了气化燃气中焦油含量比重大的问题,减少了焦油对气化设备的腐蚀,降低了燃气的净化成本,提高了秸秆燃料的气化转化效率.

Abstract:Through to mechanism researched of tar that produced during the straw gasification process. We can analysis the tar content influenced with Temperature,Time Residence (TR),Catalyst,Pressure,Air Equivalence Ratio (ER) and gasification equipment change to solute the problem of high tar content,reduce the corrosion of gasification equipment,reduce the purification cost of the gas and enhance the gasification efficiency of straw fuel.
