摘    要:以盖世番茄888为供试品种,采用50孔穴盘进行育苗,育苗基质中设置5个保水剂(沈阳基石)质量分数,研究不同质量分数保水剂对穴盘育苗效果的影响.试验中苗期正常管理,成苗后统一进行干旱控水,待开始有穴盘苗出现萎蔫时,测定相关指标.结果表明,通过壮苗指标和生理指标的测定可以认为,保水剂不但对穴盘苗生长量提升明显,同时对提高穴盘苗生理活性、抗逆性效果显著.因此,适当的保水剂质量分数有利于提高秧苗质量,试验中发现沈阳基石保水剂质量分数以0.2%最佳.
