接种菌根菌和/或根瘤菌对紫花苜蓿的生长及N·P的吸收效果研究

摘    要:研究了接种菌根菌(Glomus Intraradics)和/或根瘤菌(Bradyrhizobium Japonicum)对紫花苜蓿(Alfalfa)的生长及N、P的吸收效果。试验设4个处理对照(CK);接种菌根菌(M);接种根瘤菌(R)及同时接种菌根菌和根瘤菌(M+R)],样品的分析是在紫花苜蓿的生长初期(播种后60 d)和开花初期(播种后120 d)分2次进行。随着作物的生长,在各处理区土壤总N量减少了,其中,M和M+R区的减少量相对比CK和R区显著,但作物的生长效果明显优于CK。在第120天进行的土壤有效P含量的分析中,M(65.5 mg/kg)和M+R(62.3mg/kg)区显著高于CK(39.1 mg/kg),而R(42.6 mg/kg)区没有明显变化。此时,在CK中作物的总N、P的吸收量分别为32.1和2.39mg/株,M、R和M+R区总N的吸收量比CK分别高20%、49%和50%,总P的吸收量比CK分别高28%、11%和45%。结果表明,接种菌根菌和/或根瘤菌显著提高作物吸收利用土壤中N、P的能力,以至提高其产量和质量。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of Mycorrhlza(G.Intraradics) and/or Rhizobium(B.Japonicum)on N and P utilization and the growth of Alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.),four treatments(Non-inoculation,control(CK);Mycorrhiza inoculation,M;Rhizobium inoculation,R and Mycorrhiza and Rhizobium inoculation,M R) were applied.The analyses of the early vegetative growth stage(DAS 60,60 days after seeding) and on the early flowering stage(DAS 120,120 days after seeding) were carried out.The decreased rate of total N and P content in soil was relatively higher in the mycorrhiza and/or rhizobium treatments than CK,with plant growth.The content of available phosphorus in soil at DAS 120 increased in M(65.5 mg/kg) and M R(62.3(mg/kg))treatment compared to CK(39.1 mg/kg),while non-significant changes was observed in R(42.6 mg/kg) treatment.Total N and P uptake in CK at DAS 120 were 32.1 mg/plant and 2.39 mg/plant,respectively,about 20%,49% and 50% of increases in total N uptake and 28%,11% and 45% of increases in total P uptake were estimated in M,R and M R treatment.The present data indicated that mycorrhiza and/or rhizobium inoculation improved N and P utilization,and consequently increased the yield of alfalfa.
