摘    要:以平棚架式栽培的6年生巨峰葡萄为试材,用稀释的单氰胺海棉球点药与喷施枝条2种方式催芽。结果表明,不同催芽时间、单氰胺浓度及催芽方式,均能显著的影响巨峰葡萄的萌芽率,稀释25倍的单氰胺浓度催芽效果较好,海棉球点药效果优于喷施枝条。此外,不同浓度的单氰胺处理对葡萄的花芽分化也有较为显著的影响。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of different germination time and way, as well as different cyanamide concentration on the Kyoho grape branches spring bud, 6 years old of Kyoho grape as materials, cultivated under level scaffolding. From February 2011, 10-16, daily diluted with cyanamide 15-fold germinated every day. On February 10,used 6 different cyanamide concentration, including of 10-fold, 15-fold, 20-fold, 30-fold, 40-fold and 50-fold. Cotton ball point and spraying the branches of two ways were germinated, analyzed the germination rate and the flower situation. The results showed that: different germination time, the concentration of cyanamide and germination way can significantly affect germination rate of Kyoho grape, diluted 25-fold germination effected of cyanamide better than the others, cotton ball point was more effective than spraying the branches. Different concen- trations of cyanamide was treated grape bud which had more significant impact.
