| 摘 要： | The grazing behavior ofMongolia cattle during 24-hour period,including the behavior offoraging,standing,wandering,resting,ruminating,urinating and defacating,was observedduring May and December,1997,at a natural pasture in Duolun County.The results showed thataverage time for foraging during 24-hour period was 438.5±10.8 minutes,the time forruminating was 393.9±9.2 minutes,standing and wandering time was 317.9±12.9 minttes,andthe time for resting was 289.6±12.2 minutes.The rate of ingestion of Mongolian cattle was43.1±1.8 bite/min on an average.
