摘    要:采用蚕茧、活性炭、空白室温(25±5℃)、低温冷藏(4-5℃)和高锰酸钾5种方式为保鲜条件,研究对草莓和枇杷的保鲜效果。采用蚕茧、活性炭与空白实验3种方式,测乙烯含量,研究蚕茧对草莓和枇杷的保鲜效果。结果表明:在常温条件下,以蚕茧作为保鲜剂的水果比其他条件下的乙烯累积量少,好果率高、果实硬度高、贮藏期长;低温有明显的保鲜效果。

Abstract:Five storage conditions which composed by pod ,active carbon,control condition and temperature (25 ±5℃ ) ,cool temperature(4 - 5℃ ) and potassium permanquanate were studied in effects on keep fresh of strawberry and loquat fruit. Three storage conditions to meter the amount of ethene which composed by pod,active carbon and free condition were studied in effects on keep fresh of strawberry and loquat fruit. The results indicate:In normal temperature condition, the amount of ethene producted by the fruit which kept with pod was much less than other conditions. There were more good ones ,higher fruit rigidity and longer storage period. Meanwhile, cool temperature can keep fresh of fruit obviously.
