空心莲子草对斑马鱼的急性毒性研究

[目的]评价空心莲子草对鱼类水生生物的急性毒性作用,为灭螺药物成分的提取提供指导。[方法]在室内常温条件下,采用静水法测试空心莲子草水浸液对斑马鱼的急性毒性作用。以寇氏法计算半数致死浓度（LC50）及95%可信限。[结果]空心莲子草水浸液对斑马鱼24、48hLC50分别为587、497mg/L,其安全浓度为107mg/L,斑马鱼死亡率随药物浓度增加和时间的延长而上升。[结论]空心莲子草水浸液对斑马鱼为中等毒性,其安全浓度低于杀螺浓度。

Study on the Acute Toxicity of Alternanthera philoxeroides to Brachydanio rerio
