摘    要:食药用菌多糖作为具有提高免疫能力的生物活性物质 ,受到各国研究人员的重视 ,已成为许多学科研究的热点。本文扼要地从结构等几方面简述了食药用菌活性多糖与结构的关系 ,旨为食药用菌多糖的结构分析、开发等提供一点参考信息。

Abstract:The polysaccharide of edible and pharmaceutical fungi that can raise immune ability as biologic active substance had been paid attentions to by many researchers of different counties.It had been studied as hotspot in many disciplines.The relation to active polysaccharide and structure of edible and pharmaceutical fungi was related simply from several aspects of structure,in order to give some referenced information in structure analysed and develop of the polysaccharide of edible and pharmaceutical fungi.
