| Abstract: | The polysaccharide of edible and pharmaceutical fungi that can raise immune ability as biologic active substance had been paid attentions to by many researchers of different counties.It had been studied as hotspot in many disciplines.The relation to active polysaccharide and structure of edible and pharmaceutical fungi was related simply from several aspects of structure,in order to give some referenced information in structure analysed and develop of the polysaccharide of edible and pharmaceutical fungi. |
