| 摘 要： | 贵州省经济社会发展水平相对落后且不平衡,区域问存在明显差异.对贵州省新农村建设应针对各类区域的基础条件,在不同阶段分别提出新农村建设的目标和重点任务,使贵州省社会主义新农村建设扎实推进,取得最大实效.从三个阶段探讨了分步推进贵州省社会主义新农村建设的对策措施,以期对贵州省社会主义新农村建设提供参考.
