| 摘 要： | 用常规细菌分离培养法对西宁市某屠宰场60份绵羊胴体淋巴结进行了致病性大肠杆菌的分离培养与鉴定;在检样中共检出致病性大肠杆菌阳性菌株31份,阳性率为51.67%(31/60),结果表明该批羊胴体污染致病性大肠杆菌比较严重。

| Abstract: | The Pathogenic Escherichia coli was isolated and identified by routine isolation culture and identification technique on 60 lymph of sheep from a slaughterhouse in Xining city.The results were followed as: there were 31 positive in samples,positive rate was 51.67 %(31/60),which indicated that there was a lot of Pathogenic Escherichia coli in these lymph.The situation must be taken relatively serious. |
