甲醛诱变大豆根尖细胞的微核效应研究

摘    要:试验设置了4种不同浓度的甲醛HCHO溶液和1个对照组,对大豆品种特早50号种子进行处理,每个处理设3次重复;统计不同处理的发芽率和根尖细胞的微核率,并进行方差分析和F检验,结果表明,大豆根尖细胞微核技术能作为甲醛遗传毒性的检测方法。

Abstract:In this experiment,4 formaldehyde solutions with different concentrations were used to treat the soybean variety-Tezao No.50 seeds,each treatment having 3 repetitions.The sprout rates and the micronucleus rates of the treated soybean seeds were studied.The variance analysis and the F tests of the experimental results were done.It has shown that there is very significant difference between the micronucleus rates of the treated soybean seeds and the untreated soybean seeds.The soybean is sensitive to the formaldehyde treatment.The micronucleus rate and the sprout rate of the soybean seeds treated with 0.1% formaldehyde solution were 10.6‰ and 100%,respectively.The micronucleus rate and the sprout rate of the soybean seeds treated with 1% formaldehyde solution were 12.6‰ and 20%,respectively.The micronucleus rate and sprout rate of the soybean seeds treated with 3% formaldehyde solution were 15.92‰ and 16.7%,respectively.The micronucleus rate and sprout rate of the soybean seeds treated with 5% formaldehyde solution were 13.13‰ and 10%,respectively.According to the experimental results,soybean root tip cell micronucleus technique can be used as an effective method of detecting the genetical poisoning level of formaldehyde.Soybean can be used as a cheap index plant of formaldehyde pollution in human's daily life.
