摘    要:目的]探讨酸乳对调节机体消化吸收的机理。方法]设低、中、高剂量3个试验组,另设对照组和模型组,每组10只大鼠。3个试验组分别用相应剂量的酸乳灌胃,对照组和模型组用鲜牛乳12.5 ml/kg灌胃,连续10 d后,作胃液分析。结果]各组胃液量相差不大;中、高剂量组胃酸浓度与模型组相比均有极显著提高(P<0.01),与对照组比较也有显著或极显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。中、高剂量组胃蛋白酶活性和排出量均有极显著提高(P<0.01)。结论]酸乳可显著增加机体胃酸和胃蛋白酶的排出量及活性,提高食物在胃内的消化率。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the regulation absorption mechanism of yogurt on the body.Method] 50 rats were divided into low,medium and high-dose three test groups,and a separate control group and model groups were designed with 10 rats respectively.The pH value of yogurt sample was over 70 ° T,and the lactic acid bacteria content was 106 per ml.Three experimental groups were dosed with corresponding dose of yogurt gavage respectively.The model group and the control group gave fresh milk 12.5 ml / kg,10 consecutive days for gastric analysis.Result] The gastric juice volume of all groups had a little difference.The gastric acid concentration of the medium-dose group and the high-dose group had significantly increased(P<0.01) compared with the model group,and also had significant or extremely significant increase(P<0.05,P<0.01) compared with the control group.The pepsin activity and discharged quantity of the medium-dose group and the high-dose group had significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion] Yogurt can significantly increase the gastric acid and pepsin output and activity of the body,enhance food digestibility in the stomach.
