摘    要:目前,葡萄酒掺杂、掺假问题严重,因检测技术的限制,给葡萄酒监管部门带来监管压力。尤其是葡萄酒中年份酒、原产地酒的质量鉴别,仍缺乏有效检测方法。该文综述同位素比质谱仪法(IRMS)和点特异性天然同位素分馏核磁共振技术(SNIF-NMR)2种化学方法的原理及其在葡萄酒质量鉴别中的应用,以为推动我国葡萄酒质量检测技术的进步提供参考。
