摘    要:以不同遗传背景的马铃薯品种为试验材料,研究温度对马铃薯生长及产量的影响,并探讨不同马铃薯品种对温度的适应性。试验在人工气候箱内进行,设置3个温度梯度:15~10℃、20~15℃、25~20℃。研究结果表明:随着培育温度的升高,马铃薯的株高和主茎叶片数增加,叶长、叶宽、茎粗降低;"转心乌"薯块的形成对温度较敏感,而"大西洋"可耐一定程度的高温,"合作88"低温下产量较高。

Abstract:Three potato varieties with different genetic background,"Cooperation 88","Atlantic"and "Zhuanxinwu",were cultured in growth chamber in order to understand the effect of temperature on plant growth and tuber yield and also their adaptability to high temperature.The three temperature regimes tested were 15-10℃,20-15℃ and 25-20℃.With increase in temperature,plant height and leaf number on main stem increased,while leaf length,leaf width and stem diameter decreased.Tuber formation of"Zhuanxinwu"was sensitive to temperature,whereas"Atlantic"was high -temperature resistant to some extent."Cooperation 88"gave high output at low temperature.
