摘    要:通过喷雾-界面配位改良法制备了大肠杆菌微胶囊口服疫苗,平均直径为10μm,包被率为65%;并通过体外试验证实了本疫苗能避免胃酸的破坏且肠溶性良好;利用淋巴细胞转化实验、玻板凝集试验、ELISA试验测定了其免疫效果,试验数据表明,大肠杆菌微胶囊口服疫苗能有效激活细胞免疫、体液免疫、黏膜免疫,可产生大量的IgA和IgG,并且使用方便,安全有效。

Abstract:The oral microencapsulated vaccine of Escherichia coli was prepared using a reforming technique of spray drying and boundary coordination. The average diameter of microencapsulated vaccine particles was 10μm and the package rate was 65%. The in vitro experiment showed that this vaccine could avoid destroying gastric acid and had good characteristics of intestines dissolve. The data from the lymph cell transformation test, plate agglutination test and ELISA test indicated that microencapsulated vaccine could effectively activate cell immunity,humoral immunity and mucous immunity and produce considerable IgA,IgG. In conclusion,this vaccine proved to be a safe,convenient and effective oral vaccine.
