二甲戊灵悬浮剂除草效果及对姜安全性测定

为了探讨二甲戊灵土壤处理防除姜田杂草的可行性,采用温室盆栽法及田间小区试验测定其除草效果及安全性。室内测定20%二甲戊灵悬浮剂的选择性系数为7.48,对姜安全;田间小区试验表明,二甲戊灵悬浮剂对反枝苋、稗草等杂草防效较好,施药后40 d株防效为94.75%~99.85%,鲜质量抑制率为96.47%~99.90%;测产结果表明,增产效果明显。总体可见,二甲戊灵防治姜田杂草具有防效高、杀草谱广、安全性好等作用特点。

Activity and Selectivity of Pendimethalin to Zingiber officinale

To determine the feasibility of using pendimethalin to control weeds in ginger(Zingiber officinale)field, greenhouse pot and field plot experiments were conducted to assess its herbicidal activity and selectivity.Pendimethalin (20% SC)was safe to ginger with a selectivity coefficient 7.8.Pendimethalin effectively controlled Amaranthus ret-roflexus and Echinochloa crus-galli,with 94.8%~99.8% plant density reduction and 96.5%~99.9% fresh weight inhibition after 40 days;the effect on yield was also apparent.Pendimethalin was highly effective,exhibited a broad spectrum of weed control and good selectivity to ginger.
