二甲戊灵悬浮剂除草效果及对姜安全性测定

摘    要:为了探讨二甲戊灵土壤处理防除姜田杂草的可行性,采用温室盆栽法及田间小区试验测定其除草效果及安全性。室内测定20%二甲戊灵悬浮剂的选择性系数为7.48,对姜安全;田间小区试验表明,二甲戊灵悬浮剂对反枝苋、稗草等杂草防效较好,施药后40 d株防效为94.75%~99.85%,鲜质量抑制率为96.47%~99.90%;测产结果表明,增产效果明显。总体可见,二甲戊灵防治姜田杂草具有防效高、杀草谱广、安全性好等作用特点。

Activity and Selectivity of Pendimethalin to Zingiber officinale
Abstract:To determine the feasibility of using pendimethalin to control weeds in ginger(Zingiber officinale)field, greenhouse pot and field plot experiments were conducted to assess its herbicidal activity and selectivity.Pendimethalin (20% SC)was safe to ginger with a selectivity coefficient 7.8.Pendimethalin effectively controlled Amaranthus ret-roflexus and Echinochloa crus-galli,with 94.8%~99.8% plant density reduction and 96.5%~99.9% fresh weight inhibition after 40 days;the effect on yield was also apparent.Pendimethalin was highly effective,exhibited a broad spectrum of weed control and good selectivity to ginger.
