摘    要:从长期受有机磷农药污染的土壤中分离到4株能降解甲胺磷和甲基对硫磷的降解菌,初步鉴定:2株为巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium),分别为BM1和BM2,1株为地衣芽孢杆菌(B.licheniformis)BL4,1株为假单胞菌属菌(Pseudomonas)P3。摇床培养7 d后,除BM1外,BM2、P3、BL4菌株对甲胺磷和甲基对硫磷的降解率均在90%以上。盆栽试验表明:菌剂处理30 d后,对土壤中2种有机磷农药的降解率均在78%以上。

Abstract:Four bacterium strains degrading methamidophos and methylparathion were isolated from contaminated soil by organophosphorus pesticide.Two isolates were identified as Bacillus megaterium,one was B.licheniformis,and one belonged to the genus Pseudomonas.The degradation rate of two organophosphorus pesticides by the four isolates were over 90% in culture after 7 days and the degradation rates were over 78% in soil after 30 days.
