新疆生态系统恢复与重建思考

本文立足于可持续发展思路,分析了新疆生态环境现状及其退化成因,展示了目前新疆生态建设的工作基础及成就,并根据国家西部大开发的战略要求,以促进经济发展和改善生态环境、提高系统整体功能的协调发展理论为指导,结合新疆实际,围绕自治区五大林业重点生态工程建设,提出了21世纪新疆生态系统恢复与重建的基本思路与途径.

Study on Resumption and Rebuilding of Ecological System in Xinjiang

On the basis of study on sustainable development, this article analysed the current status and cause of degeneration of ecological environment in Xinjiang, and showed the work basis and achievements in Xinjiang ecological construction at present. The basic idea and way of resumption and rebuilding of ecological system in Xinjiang during 21st century was discussed in order to promote economic development according to the strategic requirements for overal development in our country's west and to improve ecological environment, to raise theory about coordinate development of systematic whole function as the guiding ideology, to combine the practice of the ecological project construction of five forestry main points in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
