| Abstract: | Because the Changjiang river's headwaters has a vast territory, the construction of it's ecological barrier, which is a full orientation and complicated systems engineering referring multi industry and different levels, demands for uniform principle and measure and harmonizing all kinds of relation, in order to construct ecological barrier favorably and acquire quite great development. This article makes a probe into the construction's guiding principle and countermeasures. |
