摘    要:研究了室内27℃条件下,不同光照、pH值、土壤深度和浸种方式对反枝苋种子萌发的影响。结果表明:反枝苋种子在自然光照和全光照条件下萌发率都较高,分别可达73.33%和71.11%,而全黑暗条件下的萌发率显著降低,只有4.44%。反枝苋种子对pH值具有广泛的适应性,在pH5.0~8.0均可萌发。播种深度为3cm时较适宜反枝苋种子的萌发,萌发速度及萌发率均最高。0.3%KNO3浸种12h显著提高了反枝苋种子的萌发率。反枝苋对环境条件的广泛适应能力增加了其竞争优势,使其发展成为一种高度危险的外来入侵杂草。

Abstract:The effects of illumination,pH,soil depth and different soaking on germination of the seeds of Amaranthus retroflexus L.at the temperature of 27℃ were studied.The conditions included three illumination treatments(full sun illumination,natural lighting and full dark),six pH values(pH4.0,5.0,6.0,7.0,8.0,and 9.0),five soil depths(1cm,3cm,5cm,7cm and 9cm),and three soaking ways(0.3% KMnO4,0.3% KNO3,and distilled water).The results showed that the germination of A.retroflexus L.seed were 73.33% and 71.11% respectively under full sun illumination and natural lighting conditions and the germination was just 4.44% under full dark condition.The lighting condition was inevitable for germination of A.retroflexus L..The seed had wide adaptability to solution pH values from 5.0 to 8.0.The soil depth of 3cm was more propitious to seed germinating.0.3% KNO3 immersion for 12h increased the rate of germination of A.retroflexus L.seed significantly.With the ability to adapt wide range of environmental conditions with competitive advantage,A.retroflexus L.has grown into a highly risky invasive weed.
